Line/Prep Cook positions available to service expanded dining room and kitchen in newly renovated regional Italian restaurant in Jackson Hole. Job includes Prep, Bread & Pastry production, Line Cooking. Starting salary varies according to experience and references.
Nani’s mission is to promote the Italian culture through authentic presentation of its traditional, regional cuisine. What we do very well is love the Italian culture & food, and love to work at making our local and tourist customers feel they've just found a hidden jewel or remind them of a wonderful evening across the sea. All menu items (including breads & desserts) are prepared in our kitchen from scratch using only the finest quality ingredients.
Nani's Genuine Pasta House was opened in June 1990. At this time we are in construction to expand our dining room from accommodating just under 50 to 85 guests. We have also just been awarded a coveted retail liquor license from the Town of Jackson, and as a result are also incorporating 35 seat Enoteca Sicula Wine Bar.
