Skills:

Ability to supervise up to 5 staff members.
Demonstrate leadership and positive attitude, be able to multitask and communicate with both servers and kitchen staff. Maintain quality control in food production and presentation. Basic knowledge of pastries is an asset, but not a must. Be able to lead by example, and ensure that cleaning and set-up procedures are followed as outlined for each department. This position requires someone who will be able to perform all of the above under pressure while remaining calm and positive. |
