The successful candidate oversee all aspects of food production for all Suites, the Club level and the Catering department. Actively participate in event operations and private parties to assure quality and consistency. Responsible for inventory controls, adherence to spec recipes and supervision of all kitchen personnel. Must maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and exceed all sanitation standards. Will also maintain budgeted profits and report generation. Will develop menus and specialty items. |
Skills:

Qualified associates must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in food service, thorough knowledge of food preparation and purchasing, and strong communication skills. Degree from an accredited culinary school is required. |
